Tool: Investment Land Search Engine

The tool allows for quick identification of cadastral parcels that meet specific criteria. It operates based on Data.Box (calculations are performed on the Data.Box server).

Instruction

1. Launch the tool
2. Select your search area
3. Specify the area range of the parcel You are interested in
4. Select exclusion criteria, for example: (
   1. no forest coverage,
   2. national park,
   3. landscape park,
   4. natura 2000,
   5. exclude areas owned by the Military Property Agency and
   6. exclude areas owned by the National Agricultural Support Center.

5. Optionally, add your GIS.Box layer as an exclusion (e.g., a 500 m buffer from existing turbines)
6. Click search

The results will be displayed in a temporary layer (red features). After reviewing the potential sites, it is possible to:

1. Download the results as a GeoJSON file
2. Download the results as a KML file
3. Copy them to a selected layer
4. Copy them to a selected layer with assignment to a project, or
5. Add them to the parcels layer using standard editing tools (e.g. Create object with parcel geometry)
