Permissions

Permissions are a set of rules that define what a User is allowed to do in the System. They are divided into:

1. access to layers:
   1. for editing,
   2. for viewing,
   3. no access
2. access to tools
   1. has access,
   2. does not have access.

Permissions are assigned by the Administrator in the Administration Panel -> Users. The Administrator always has full access to all Layers and Tools.
