The Administrator can set requirements for user login and the complexity of user passwords.

  1. Session Duration (hours)
  2. Maximum Username Length (set by the system)
  3. Minimum Username Length (set by the system)
  4. Number of login attempts. The number of attempts after which the user will be blocked.
  5. Password lifetime. Number of days specifying how often a user must change their password
  6. Password reset link duration. The maximum number of hours allowed between requesting a password reset and clicking the activation link.
  7. Minimum password length. The minimum number of characters that a password must contain.
  8. Password complexity level:
    1. At least one lowercase letter
    2. At least one uppercase letter
    3. At least one number
    4. At least one special character
  9. 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) tool toggle
  10. (Optional) Single sign-on [YES/NO]. A special setting that allows a user to be logged in on only one System client at a time.
