System attributes

Every vector layer in the System has so-called System Attributes, which are automatically added and updated.

List of System Attributes:

1. Number of modifications: a numeric attribute indicating how many times a given object has been edited.
2. Number of notes
3. Number of attachments
4. Record creation date
5. User who created the record
6. Date of last edit
7. User who last edited the record

The purpose of System Attributes is to enable advanced searching and filtering using the Basic Filter and Advanced Filter, for example:

1. Show all conduits that were last edited in 2021
2. Show me the hydrants that were last edited by Mr. Kazimierz
3. Show me the hydrants that were added to the System by Mr. Kazimierz in 2020

The visibility of these attributes is managed by the Administrator in the Attribute List Management Window in the Object Details panel.

System Attributes are automatically created by the system for new data sources that are added or imported into the system.

System fields will appear after the data source has been saved.
