Password Policy

The System has advanced capabilities for setting a password policy by the Administrator.

In the Login Settings, you can configure:

  1. The number of login attempts. After exceeding this number, the User account will be locked. How to unlock a User account.
  2. Password lifetime. The number of days after which the User will be required to change their password
  3. Minimum password length: The Administrator sets the minimum password length (number of characters).
  4. Password complexity level. The Administrator can determine how complex a User’s password must be.
  5. Single Sign-On (SSO) The Administrator can decide whether a User can be logged in to only one client at a time (Web, Desktop, or Mobile).

Using the tools above, it is possible to configure the System according to the password policy in force within the Organization.
