Attribute Statistics

Attribute Statistics is a very useful auxiliary tool.

When you hover the mouse over a column/field header in the Attribute Table, a blue information icon will appear. Clicking the icon opens a new window with information. The range of information depends on the Data Type of the field.

For Text data:

1. Displayed Name
2. System Name
3. Empty Values
4. Unique Values
5. List of Unique Values

For Numeric Fields:

1. Displayed Name
2. System Name
3. Empty Values
4. Sum
5. Average
6. Median
7. Minimum Value
8. Maximum Value

For Date Fields:

1. Displayed Name
2. System Name
3. Empty Values
4. Unique Values
5. Interval (in days)
6. Minimum Value (earliest)
7. Maximum Value (latest)
