An article in the area of User Management
In order to remove a User from the System, you should:
- Go to: Administration Panel – >Users
- In the “Users” section, find the user you want to remove and click the “three dots” next to their name, select “Edit” from the drop-down list, then remove the value from the “Email” field and click Save.
- In the “Users” section, find the User you want to remove and click the “three dots” next to his name, select “Delete” from the drop-down list, and then confirm that you want to delete the User.
A deleted user does not disappear completely.
His account remains in the System, but is inactive.
Why is that? The deleted user’s data must remain in order to display his name correctly, e.g Historii Zmian
Before deleting it, make sure to clear the E-mail field from a given account so that you can assign it to another account in the future.
