How to add a new point in a vector layer?

Adding a new object:

1. Open the Attribute Table of the layer to which you want to add an Object.
2. Select the “Add New Object” tool (point, line, polygon) from the Editing Toolbar
3. Add the object by clicking in the Map Window. A single click is enough and an empty Object Card will open to be filled in.
4. [optional] Fill in the Object Card with attributes.
5. Click “Save”.

Notes:

1. Objects can only be added to Layers for which you have “edit” permissions.
2. This guide applies only to General Layers. Layers from Data Models may behave differently.
