Minimum Zoom Level Required for Editing/Drawing

The minimum zoom level required for editing/drawing in the Web means that editing with snapping enabled is possible from zoom level 16.

An advantage of the system is that snapping for vector layers is enabled by default, which requires and enforces zooming the map in the browser to at least zoom level 16.
