Of course, for the purposes of the film, the process is simplified. <\/p>\n<p>What can we see in the film?<\/p>\n<p>Usemaps user was tasked with finding a plot of land between 10 and 100 hectares north of W\u0105growiec.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Thanks to the <a href=\"https:\/\/usemaps.com\/kb\/data-box\/narzedzie-wyszukiwarka-terenow-inwestycyjnych\/\">Investment Area Search Engine<\/a>, he found plots of land of the right size that are not located in protected areas and do not belong to the National Agricultural Support Centre or the Military Property Agency.<\/li>\n<li>It then automatically vectorized the land class data and calculated the plot coverage of each class<\/li>\n<li>Next, he calculated the parcel\u2019s actual buildable area (taking into account the subtraction of forested areas and buffers around buildings) using the<a href=\"https:\/\/usemaps.com\/kb\/narzedzia\/powierzchnia-uzytkowa\/\"> Usable Area tool.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Next, he calculated the distance to the nearest substation (GPZ), using the <a href=\"https:\/\/usemaps.com\/kb\/narzedzia\/postprocessing-dawniej-automatyczne-uzupelnianie-atrybutow\/\">Automatic Attribute Filling tool.<\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All this in just a few minutes, in your browser.
