  • Using the Usemaps Enterprise software in the On-Premise model<\/span><\/li>

      5.1 Usemaps Enterprise Cloud (SaaS)<\/b><\/h3>

      Role of the Administrator as Processor:<\/b><\/p>

      • For spatial and business data entered by clients into the system, the Administrator acts as a data processor<\/span><\/li>
      • The client remains the administrator of their business data<\/span><\/li>
      • The Administrator processes this data solely in accordance with the contract and the client’s instructions<\/span><\/li>
      • The data is stored in infrastructure managed by the Administrator<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Role of the Administrator as Controller:<\/b><\/p>

        • System user data (login, password, email)<\/span><\/li>
        • Contact details of the client\u2019s representatives<\/span><\/li>
        • Data regarding system and license usage<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          5.2 Usemaps Enterprise On-Premise<\/b><\/h3>

          Full client control:<\/b><\/p>

          • The software is installed in the client\u2019s infrastructure<\/span><\/li>
          • The Administrator does not have access to the data processed in the client\u2019s system<\/span><\/li>
          • The Administrator processes only contact data for licensing and support purposes<\/span><\/li>
          • The client is the sole administrator of all data in the system<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            \u00a76 CROSS-PRODUCT MARKETING STRATEGY<\/b><\/h2>

            The Administrator uses the email address as a unique identifier to link user activity across products, only with the user\u2019s consent or based on legitimate interest.<\/span><\/p>

              8.1 <\/b>Currently, the Administrator processes personal data exclusively within the territory of the European Economic Area (EEA). <\/span>8.2<\/b> In the event that data needs to be transferred to third countries (outside the EEA), the Administrator:<\/span><\/p>

              • Will provide appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V RODO<\/span><\/li>
              • Will apply one of the appropriate transfer mechanisms, such as:<\/span>
