From the data uploaded to Usemaps by the Administrator, it is possible to create:<\/p>\n

  1. Maps and<\/li>\n
  2. Sheets<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Sheets are a way to view data in a familiar spreadsheet format, similar to Excel. The difference is that when you click on a row, a Object Card<\/a> appears with a small map, attributes, a list of tasks, comments, attachments, relationships, and change history. <\/p>\n

    This is a very convenient solution for Users:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. whose tasks do not require working with a large map. Sheets can be more convenient <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Important!<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. The data displayed in Sheets and on Maps is the same data. By editing in Sheets or using Map tools, you are editing the same layer! <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Each User can add any number of Sheets. The user can:<\/p>\n

          1. Create a new Sheet<\/li> \n
          2. Search for objects using the search function<\/li> \n
          3. Open the Object Card (by clicking on a row)<\/li> \n
          4. Sort and filter data<\/li> \n
          5. Save the Sheet for later use<\/li> \n
          6. Share the Sheet with a colleague<\/li> \n
          7. Reorganize columns (change order and hide selected fields)<\/li> \n
          8. Export data to several file formats<\/li> \n
          9. Mark the Sheet as predefined<\/li> \n
          10. Delete the Sheet<\/li> \n \n \n \n
