The Inspections tool extends the system\u2019s capabilities by allowing the configuration of cyclical inspections for any objects, for example:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a five-year building inspection<\/li>\n
  2. an annual hydrant inspection<\/li>\n
  3. and many others<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The tool does not require extensive configuration. Let\u2019s set it up on the Detector layer. <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Add a field to the Detector layer where you will enter the inspection interval for each device (by default, this can be 365 days).<\/li>\n
    2. Create a non-spatial layer called \u201eDetector \u2013 Inspection Card.\u201d Two mandatory attributes are required here: inspection_date (data type: date) and object ID (data type: integer). <\/li>\n
    3. Go to Modules -> Inspections Module and complete the configuration.\n
        \n
      1. Layer \u2013 select the layer that will have the inspections widget<\/li>\n
      2. Check Interval \u2013 select the field that specifies the inspection interval<\/li>\n
      3. Upcoming Reminder (optional) \u2013 optionally, select the field with the number of days before the inspection when a warning should start appearing. <\/li>\n
      4. Non-Spatial Layer: this is our inspection card containing the relevant information.<\/li>\n
      5. Relational Attribute \u2013 here, select the attribute ID_obiektu created in step 2.<\/li>\n
      6. Inspection Date Attribute: this is the attribute in the Inspection Card where the inspection date will be recorded.<\/li>\n
      7. Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        How it looks in the Map Panel?<\/p>\n

        In the Object Card of each object in the \u201eDetector\u201d layer, an inspections widget appears, allowing you to add a new inspection and review previous ones.<\/p>\n
