Every vector layer in the System has so-called System Attributes, which are automatically added and updated. <\/p>\n

List of System Attributes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Number of modifications: a numeric attribute indicating how many times a given object has been edited.<\/li>\n
  2. Number of notes<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Number of attachments<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Record creation date<\/li>\n
  5. User who created the record<\/li>\n
  6. Date of last edit<\/li>\n
  7. User who last edited the record<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The purpose of System Attributes is to enable advanced searching and filtering using the Basic Filter<\/a> and Advanced Filter<\/a>, for example:<\/p>\n

    1. Show all conduits that were last edited in 2021<\/li>\n
    2. Show me the hydrants that were last edited by Mr. Kazimierz<\/li>\n
    3. Show me the hydrants that were added to the System by Mr. Kazimierz in 2020<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The visibility of these attributes is managed by the Administrator in the Attribute List Management Window in the Object Details panel.<\/a><\/p>\n

      System Attributes are automatically created by the system for new data sources that are added or imported into the system.<\/p>\n

      System fields will appear after the data source has been saved.<\/p>\n
