The System has advanced capabilities for setting a password policy by the Administrator.<\/p>\n

In the Login Settings, you can configure:<\/p>\n

  1. The number of login attempts.<\/strong> After exceeding this number, the User account will be locked. How to unlock a User account. <\/li>\n
  2. Password lifetime.<\/strong> The number of days after which the User will be required to change their password<\/li>\n
  3. Minimum password length:<\/strong> The Administrator sets the minimum password length (number of characters).<\/li>\n
  4. Password complexity level.<\/strong> The Administrator can determine how complex a User\u2019s password must be.<\/li>\n
  5. Single Sign-On (SSO)<\/strong> The Administrator can decide whether a User can be logged in to only one client at a time (Web, Desktop, or Mobile).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
